Welcome to ShapeIt. By accessing or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. User Content

4.1. Our service allows you to capture, store, and share photos ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you create and share, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4.2. You retain all rights to your Content. ShapeIt does not claim ownership of any photos you create using the app.

4.3. Your Content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers unless you choose to share it through third-party services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To create, store, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate ShapeIt, a ShapeIt employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ShapeIt and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ShapeIt.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShapeIt, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
